KKKKKUUUUUHHHHHNNNNN

This has been a pretty interesting week for me. We had the massive snowstorm that literally snowed me in with waist high snow drifts. The Packers are in the Super Bowl on Sunday and so nothing could really bring me down. The highlight of my week though would be a random e-mail that I received. Throughout my series of LIVE blogs that I have been doing anytime Packer fullback John Kuhn gets the ball or runs in a touchdown I'm screaming "KKKKKUUUUUHHHHHNNNNN" all over the place. The great part is when you hear a "KKKKKUUUUUHHHHHNNNNN" during a Packer road game.

I've listed John as a player who's cards I collect but that's not really possible currently as he doesn't actually have any cards out from an NFL officailly licensed source. Which brings me to the e-mail I received this week from John Kuhn's father.

I imagine he found me through my non-stop Kuhn references during my LIVE blogs and he e-mailed me asking if I had any of his son's cards that he could buy. I didn't have any unfortunately and told him that there are few that exist and directed him to a couple of eBay auctions with custom cards or unlicensed sources.

Well, all that recently changed as Panini has issued John's first official card. It's a special Super Bowl cards and a few of them are finding their way onto eBay with prices around $30. Here's what the card looks like:

What would you have done if you had had one when Mr. Kuhn emailed you?

Hell I thought it was pretty cool when Jordy Nelson's cousin posted on my blog. Both Kuhn and Jordy have been very bright spots on this years team. I hope to be hearing a lot of KKKKKKKUUUUUUUHHHHHHNNNNNN on Sunday.

Kuhn is one of the few players out of my school (Shippensburg U) to make it into the NFL, and I think that will push me to rooting for the Packers on Sunday.

KKKUUUUUUUUUHHHHNNNN

I like it!
Wow, except for the player name it looks like they lifted that design straight from 1999 Upper Deck Baseball!
