Another Parks and Recreation Autograph!

I've been slowly collecting the autographs from the Parks and Recreation set and I've been even slower at posting them on the blog. My latest one comes with some recent news that Fred Armisen is going to be band leader on Seth Myers new talk show after the Tonight Show. As far as Parks and Recreation goes, Fred's character Raul has appeared in just one episode as a representative of Pawnee's sister city in Venezuela...and even though he has made onlyl one appearance that episode it is one of my favorites. In this clip Raul is surprised by how the Pawnee constituents behave themselves at public meetings:
