**In this series we do rookie cards and nothing else.**
As I've mentioned before my favorite overall category of player is the pitcher that pitches F-O-R-E-V-E-R and Frank Tanana certainly fits that bill. He started 616 games over 21 seasons with his best year coming in 1976 when he pitched 23 complete games [sort of makes Cliff Lee's five complete games look like a joke] and was 19-10. That means that he pitched four complete games and still lost the game...when was the last time you saw that happen once...let alone four times.
