Everybody's Got A Record: Bud Day Edition

**In this series we strive to prove the universal truth that every baseball player holds some kind of record.**

Colonel Bud Day was a pilot for the Air Force during the Vietnam War and after being shot down spent five years in a North Vietnamese prison camp.  Part of his time imprisoned was with future presidential candidate John McCain.   After his release, Day was awarded both the Congressional Medal of Honor and the Air Force Cross [the Air Force Cross is the 2nd highest decoration for the Air Force].  This makes Bud the only person to hold both decorations.
