I highly recommend you check out this post over at Sully Baseball about which baseball heroes are NOT first-ballot Hall of Famers.


Most shocking to me: Warren Spahn! He made it on the 2nd ballot.

The whole HOF is out of control. First ballot, second ballot, writers who vote for Morris but not Blyleven, etc., it's trending towards parody. WS being a second ballot (!) guy just proves it.
