Baggie Cards #4: Jeff Bagwell Edition

For the origin of the Baggie Cards go here.

These baggie cards were the worst I've opened so far...except for the Bagwell base card, there were only two worth mentioning:

I've always liked these MVP cards and Greenwell really deserved it in 1988...22 homers, 119 RBIs, .325 average...he ended up finishing 2nd in the voting.

The question is this, is Carlos going to stick it out and make the Hall of Fame? Right now he is sitting at 2,010 hits, 469 homers, and nearly 1500 RBI. And he is a lifetime .280 hitter. I think he will pull it off in the long run.

Looking at some of the career totals for today's players, I honestly have no idea how players will be judged for Hall voting in 10 years. the numbers are all so ridiculous.

I think Delgado will stick around long enough to reach 500 home runs -- there's a chance he could do it this season.

That's probably still good enough for election to the Hall of Fame, though I don't think it should be an automatic ticket anymore.
